👋🏻 I'm currently creating, dancing and working remotely from Durham, NC as an Associate Design Director for Razorfish's Austin office.
I am a product designer and leader with 10+ years of experience in the UI/UX space. I believe that everyone deserves to have access to technology that is designed to meet their needs and is useful, usable, and accessible. I am committed to creating human-centered experiences that help people in their everyday lives.
As a manager, I mentor and lead design teams to identify user needs and pain points, synthesize design research and understand client goals to develop and envision digital products. I empower teams to solve design problems with a user-centric and systems-based approach at every step of the product development life cycle. I believe that collaboration, iteration, and working together as a cross-disciplinary team are essential to building world-class experiences for users and driving results for clients.
In addition to my work as a designer, I have 15+ years of experience as a DJ and event producer. I create and curate events, parties, and safe dance floor spaces that are inclusive and celebratory. Ultimately, my goal is to create positive and transformative experiences, no matter the medium.
